By accessing or using the AI image generation services provided by HK ADVENTURE AI CO., LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

The Company offers AI-powered image generation services (the “Services”), allowing users to generate unique digital images via text prompts. All features (including image generation, saving, and downloading) require a paid subscription — free access to core services is not provided.
Use of Services
Prohibited Conduct: You may not use the Services to create or distribute content that:
- Violates any laws, regulations, or ethical standards (e.g., illegal, defamatory, or offensive content);
- Infringes on third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights);
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code;
- Is used for fraud, harassment, or other malicious purposes.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for securing your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Payment & Subscription
Paid Access Only: All core features (image generation, saving, downloading) are exclusive to paid subscribers. No free-tier access is offered for these functions.

Subscription Plans: Fees and usage limits vary by plan (see our Purchase page for details). Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
User-Generated Images: As a paid subscriber, you retain ownership of images generated through the Services (provided you comply with these terms). You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute such images for personal or commercial purposes.

Company Rights: The Company retains all intellectual property rights in the AI technology, platform design, text, graphics, and other content comprising the Services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities).
Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice (including if you violate these terms).
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Changes to Terms
The Company may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
