Refunds are only available in the following cases: Technical Service Disruption: If our platform has prolonged downtime (over 72 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using paid features, and our support team confirms the issue originates from our system. Unauthorized Charges: If there are charges to your account that you did not authorize, and we verify the charges are invalid. Refunds are not eligible for:
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated image results (as our service depends on text prompts and creative variability).
Change of mind after using paid features (such as generating, saving, or downloading images).
Cancellation of a subscription without meeting the “Technical Service Disruption” criteria.

If your refund is approved:
Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider but usually take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
